Terms and Conditions for our “Pay It Forward” Referral Program

1. If a referred candidate is sent to Bilingual Source, and placed within a year, the referral Bonus will be paid to the referee.
2. Should a candidate be submitted more than once as a referral, Bilingual Source will honor the first referring party as the single referee.
3. A person will be paid a one-time referral bonus per candidate referred to Bilingual Source.  However there is no limit on the number candidates a person may refer.
4. For permanent placements, “Pay It Forward” Referral Bonuses will be paid after the guarantee period of the placement has been fulfilled.
5. The referred Candidate cannot be an associate candidate within the Bilingual Source network.

          The referred Client cannot be an associate Client of the Bilingual Source network.

      6. Referral bonuses are as follows;

1. First referral placed                          $100.00
2. Second referral placed                     $200.00
3. Third referral placed                         $300.00

Individual referrals are invited, unlimited, and encouraged.  You are welcome to submit as many referrals as you wish.
